Big Meg is a hip-hop artist who works with Jambetta Music Inc. The two have teamed up and formed a powerful friendship that is shared by a common interest in music. Big Meg currently resides in the Bronx, NY where he is utilizing his poetic talent to address the issues we face in our communities. He has worked and bonded with many known deities such as the Last Poets, Sadat-X of Brand Nubian, Minnesotta, Buck Shot of Black Moon & Duck Down Productions, DJ Evil D of Black Moon & The Beatminers, Diamond-D, Boss Money, Haunted Echo, Phil Painson, Hush Tours and many others. Working with people of such music extraordinaire has encouraged Meg to pursue his goal of becoming a well-known entertainer with meaning.
His music includes such songs as “Thug Passion†produced by Will Roberson & Avon Marshall of Riverside Productions which is heard thought Paris, “Italian Icy’s†featuring Sadat-X and Minnessota amongst the top five on college radio and getting a lot of love from some commercial stations, and also “Shorty Where You At†featuring OD & Buck Shot. He is currently featured on Sadat Xs new Black October album that hit the stores on October 3, 2006 on a track titled “If You†and has also made appearances in a music video directed by Peter Agoston head of Female Fun Records for Sadat Xs, “Throw Tha Ball†Other projects include Meg Mix Vol 1. and the Bonnie & Clyde Mix CD’s by DJ Ice Pace and DJ Nena.
