Music is sometimes my way to escape. I will either sit here at my computer, go for a drive, or simply put headphones on, and blare the music. It has always been my escape since I was a "pre-teen". It helps me to keep an up-beat attitude most of the time.
I don't watch much TV. But when I do, I watch a little bit of Days of our Lives, and Passions when I am working. At home, I sometimes catch House, How it's made, all the CSI shows, Law and Order SVU, and The Starter Wife. Other than those shows, it is what ever my husband is watching if I am not doing other things.
I haven't read any books lately. I guess I haven't wanted to broaden my mind. The last books I did read, were a 3 part series based on a true story. Book 1 ~ A Child Called It, Book 2 ~ The lost Boy, and Book 3 ~ A Man Named Dave. The Author of the Books is Dave Pelzer. Those books are definitely not for the light hearted. They were hard for me to get through. But well worth it in the end.
My parents. They taught me to always be myself. To never let anyone run all over me, and to always speak my mind about what ever is bothering me.
