About Me

The Barbadian rock band Broken Chain Links is Rain, Tear-Head, Rockko-X & Lexx, four very different and erratic personalities, who have come together to create a wicked sound that has people begging for more. They've played at every major rock show on their native island since they got together in late 2005, most recently the Virgin Atlantic Music Festival 2008, have put their stamp on all the hottest venues and are about to take that next step off their shores and further into the rockin' world of music. The band's first album 'Still Here' was completed in 2007 and they're busily working on their second. Soul-wrenching lyrics, sultry sounds, gruff tones, schoolgirl coy, heartfelt bass and kicking drums, are some of the words that can be used to describe this unit. Influences: The sights and sounds of our Caribbean home (corny). But seriously that is about a third of it mixed with an extremely wide range of other hard rock, goth and alternative bands worldwide from the 1960's to now.Most importantly though are the voices we hear in our heads..can't you hear that?!....This is not the best quality of the vid; we're working on uploading that.
