Planet Monkey is an Edinburgh based collective. Promoting psychedelic music, dance and movement workshops, active meditations, healing, psychedelic art, inspiring visuals, enlightening talks and talented acoustic artists.
Providing a conscious space, encouraging spirts to be, minds to learn, bodies to rejoice and witness the rhythyms of life. Planet Monkey would not be possible without the help of many people, it is a space that is created by the wonderful energy of all those involved, allowing spirits to flower together and celebrate, creating our own Flower of Life. i have been dj ing psytrance since 2000, with heavy influences from late 90s outdoor rave scene in India and Japan. this was where i turned on and tuned in. and i will always have a special connection with the mountains and hippy freaks in japan.
i have been playing out for 4 years, mostly in Edinburgh clubs, as well as Wickerman festival, Knockengorrach festival,many outdoor parties,and internationally in India, Thailand, Spain, and Japan.
In Scotland i have helped organised many psychedelic events, helped create some amazing art installations, and am one of the creative founders of Planet Monkey.
AROMASPHERE INFORMATION
Aromasphere was created in 2000 to provide high quality aromatherapy massage, aroma atmosphere, fully emmersive deco environments and chillout space for clubs and festivals in Japan. i have been involved with Aromasphere since its conception, helping with the creative direction,deco,structures, organisation,web design and given creative freedom with redesigning the interiors of aromasphere centers in Tokyo and Kanazawa.
Aromsphere has happened at; Hotaka festival 2002/2003, SOS MOTHER festival 2005 , Posivision chillout lounge 2006 .
