Music, politics, Gore (you know, blood and entrails, but I would vote for Al, even if he didn't invent the internet), funny things, cars (those produced 1969 and before)the stupidity of humans in general and how they manage to organize themselves when they are indeed so stupid
All the members of the Kids in the Hall (they're SO funny, buy their DVD's), Iggy Pop (because he's one crazy mofo, and influential), a politician that is still accountable, or at least keeps in mind that he/she does have voters to answer to (not that most Americans are smart enough to care anyway), someone willing to give me some money (who doesn't want free money?), The Koffin Kats (Vic is hot), someone interested in talking current events with me who I'm not talking AT but WITH, someone with my ticket out of small-town America
The Black Keys, The Clash, X, Pink Floyd, The Horrorpops, The Koffin Kats, Iggy Pop (and The Stooges too), Interpol, Early Eighties Punk, The Damned, Tiger Army, Nekromantix, Queens of the Stone Age, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Patsy Cline, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams Sr., Type O Negative, The Misfits (With Glenn), Rockabilly Riot (the album and the Brian Setzer album, they are not the same), Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Doves, Standards(Sinatra and the like), but I am open to all things, except new music on the radio, because all that manufactured-straight-from-the-big-label stuff blows my ass (although ass to mouth can feel good)
I don't watch enough to have a strong opinion, except I don't prefer chick flicks, but they still make me cry. A good bloody horror movie is good too, splattering brains make me laugh.
Kids in the Hall (even though I watch it on DVD), The Daily Show, Antiques Roadshow, Nova (PBS kicks ASS!), CNN, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy (oh how I love trivia)
I like magazines more, because the information is short and quicker to read through than a book; I read through enough books for school. And besides, I get my best snippits of useful conversation fodder from magazines, although it does come from books too, but nonfiction only please
I have no heroes; I look up to few
