scumpump

Scumpump formed in 1998 as a result of complete frustration with the music scene in Minneapolis. Pissed off with the same old boring sounds Chris, Brian and Tom retreated into Tom's basement. With the addition of Erik in 2000 the line up was complete. Emerging from the dank, smelly, flooded basement were sounds of rage, hate, joy, laughter and belching. Never content to tow the line Scumpump's music is satirical, irreverent, offensive and downright hilarious. Scumpump has three full length cd's available at the local chain called Cheapo. Scumpump plays occasional gigs around the Twin Cities, but enjoys writing music, recording and producing cd's, getting drunk, and jammin' twice a week way better.
