In our hungry search for typical delicatessen in Europe we eventually ended up in Austria. And here, in this country surrounded by snow-capped mountains, we found the best delicatessen ever that has been successfully exported to the rest of the world and that is definitely something Austria should be proud of, although we doubt it will ever appear as a traditional dish in any kind of cultural book: mountain bred boys. Never heard of this sweet but strong, finger-licking deliciously bite from the Austrian mountains. Don’t worry, that is all about to change when we introduce you to our cover boy on May 25.
