About Me

'Twas the winter of 2005.In a North Glasgow suburb which cannot be named for legal reasons, an epic rock 'n' roll journey began. Childhood friends and masters of the guitar Ross "Fun Size" Thomson and John "John" Ferguson, joined forces with Bohemian poet and artiste extrordinaire David "DJ" Jack in a crusade against musical mediocrity.Bassists came and went, with Stuart "Walker" Walker replacing the guy who knew what octaves were. After a lenghty and often soul destroyingly hopeless search, Bohemian Noise Explosion unearthed a big shiny 24 carat gem of a drummer in Steve McNamara.Disputes were to follow over what sort of name would reflect the band's unique approach to songwriting. Some numpty suggested "Burgundy". It was eventually agreed that this was a daft name.Bound by a shared enthusiasm for lager abuse, the band staggered on towards stardom. Bohemian Noise Eplosion have been working tirelessly and drunkenly at an an extensive and eclectic catalogue of rock anthems, beautifully fragile, broken folk melodies, intelligent and thought provoking Indie rock tunes, and nationalistic protest songs.Coming soon to a boozer near you.»-(¯`v´¯)-» Design your MySpace with MyLook «-(¯`v´¯)-«
