Jutta Lane is the origin of independent Scandinavian Rock Noir.
The band was formed in 2002, and a new drummer came along in 2004. Jutta Lane is situated in Copenhagen, Denmark, and have in 2005, after loads of expensive demos and gigs both in Denmark and Belgium, gone back to square one. The naive dreams of instant rock star-dom, was replaced with an honest love for music and story-telling. An honest love for deep, melodic sound as well as easy going melodies. Lead-singer, Rasmus Revsbech, writes and composes most of the songs, but bass-player Kristoffer Kjeldby does some too. Just not with the same amount and frequence as Revsbech. Above all, they now produce all the music themselves, and they want to tell stories about the most beautiful thing, that surrounds us; life. All four are, still, marked by the temper of Scandinavian Noir.
