Our mission is to provide our artist with the proper resources that will further their career and create endless opportunities for Focus A&R as a management company to succeed in more ways than one. We plan to take our artist to another level of achieving the greatest success through mind, body, and soul with no limitations to creativity, ideas, and time. Focus A&R will set the standards higher than the average expectation of our artists by challenging the artists as well as the consumers to accept the opposite, reach outside the normal, and to create what's not!
Our company is producing a movement of Soul Music pushing the buttons on great talent and moving them forward in their career by giving them tools of the music industry and educating them on areas that may seem grey to an artist or musician.
We FOCUS on the business as well as the creativity that will set trends for the world to continue to produce longevity in an artists career. Our company currently manages MOJOE, two emcees complimented by a five-piece band combining hip hop with blues, jazz, and r&b. They favor classic musicians such as Frankie Bevelry and Maze, Earthwind and Fire, Minnie Ripelton, and combine these components of music with hip hop artists from the past and of today.
