I am married to the most amazing person I have ever met. We met when I was 18 & were engaged within 3 months. He makes me laugh & he loves me well. I feel blessed & like I am one of the lucky ones who found love & human partnership so young. It is very fun to be on this adventure of life together with him!
That's a little about me, however, it does not define who I am. I hate who I have been, but I am humbled & intrigued to see who I am becoming. I am continually being transformed through Jesus in my life. Jesus said, "Love each other as I have loved you...so that my joy may be in you & that your joy may be complete." Ah, the sweetness of living with joy rather than fear & isolation! I am learning more about making Jesus the leader of my life all the time, and the release of the reigns is so liberating and refreshing...and an adventure!
Some other things about me...I love coffee, good food, the company of my friends, traveling, a nice dry Manhattan (this makes all of the men I know think I am tougher than them, but it's not why I like to have one), good shoes, being a woman, artichokes, Thai food, raspberries, chocolate cake, calla lillies, boats, the ocean, Alaska, the Kenai River, Good Earth Tea, my family heritage, helping people, giving presents, things that smell good, hair products, skiing, volleyball, pastries, making desserts, music, canoeing, etc.
I delight in children & hope to have a few.
I tend to by shy at large gatherings...prefer small groups. That's probably because I can't hear squat anymore when there's tons of background noise! :)
