About Me

Miles Cope-Accomplished vocalist,instrumentalist and lyricist. Miles Cope has been an integral part of the California music scene for the last twenty five years. He has produced and organized numerous benefits and concerts featuring nationally acclaimed Jazz & Blues artists,as well as his own multi-faceted "Miles Cope Quartet" and his newest group "The Blue Miles Band". He has opened for headliner Lou Rawls and renouned Bay Area jazz pianist Smith Dobson as well as the dynamic Bob Doscher Quartet. He has recently released his second CD with his quartet featuring Capital City greats, jazz pianist Joe Gilman, guitarist Steve Homan, Berkley bassist Fred Randolph and drummer Jeff Redlausk. Miles third CD with the powerful "Blue Miles Band" has just released "Lucky Fool" on ITunes & CD Baby with Jim Damiano on Lead&Rythm Guitar, Alex Delgado on Bass, Rodger Smith on Hammond and Steve Mason on Piano, with Drummers Mike Stewart and Peter Hackett
