Other than Yoda?! Wow that's a tough one, i'd have to say of anyone i could ever want to meet Jerry Nelson and George Romero would top the list. If not them then Alfred Hitchcock or Rod Serling.

Movies:

The Evil Dead Series, The Toxic Avenger Series, The Night, Day, Dawn of the Dead Series, Shaun of the Dead, (are you getting the trend here? no? well it's Zombies) Pretty much any horror movie ever concieved. The previous statement holds true for Sci-Fi movies as well. Comedies are always good as well as any kind of movie that has to do with Wars (i.e. Platoon, Rambo, Gods and Generals, Gettysburg, Full Metal Jacket,... the list goes on). Mad Max, Donny Darko, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill 1&2, Ravenous, 2001: A Space Odessey, This Is Spinal Tap, STAR WARS!!!! Apocalypse Now, The Godfather Saga, Scarface, Being John Malkovich, Identity, 12 Monkeys, Pulp Fiction, Resivoir Dogs, and alot of B-Movies.
