2Egress ---- Egress the act of leaving.My music is to emote an emotion to paint an aural image. To transport from the here and now.I started making music in the spring of 2006. I have an image in my head when creating a piece but I am in awe as to what power they contain. The image seen by others is never the same. Guardian Angels Visit is about a freinds passed uncle visiting them in a dream. Telling them not to worry that all things would be alright. The timing of the visit is the amazing thing. Their life was full of stress and worry. This piece is a journey through trials and tribulations to enlightenment then forward into the future.Iolaire was written for friends after an amazing vacation to Cape Breton Nova Scotia. Iolaire is a 32 foot channel cutter sailboat. I love to sail and she saved my soul from the despair of my life at the time. To sit aboard her decks and sail was a journey through my entire life.Iolaire is a tribute to her beauty grace power and speed. I dedicate this song to her and the amazing healing powers she carries over the sea. A journey I pray I conveyed in this piece.It is no surprise these pieces are created from that time. The vacation in Cape Breton set me free to explore and realise my abilities to create.I write this music for me. I never intended it to be heard by others. But after sharing it with others I have learned its power and am amazed that others are moved by it.I hope when listening you enjoy and find peace within during your journey.Wishing you all the best!2Egress
