540)735-59427/28/08: Wow it's been a while since I've been on this website. And I've realized just how much I despise it. But, for those of you that use it, I'll keep this updated. So I'm dating a beautiful girl at the moment and I couldn't be more in love. I'm currently finishing up my last class at Germanna giving me an Associate's degree in Business Administration. I'll be going to the Art Institute of Washington DC in October. I'll be getting my Bachelor's Degree in the Arts with my major in Audio Production/Engineering. I still play guitar and rock out with the remnants of the bands BIP and In Vein.1/02/08 Life tends to shit on your taco every now and then. I HAD a tasty chalupa... now its covered in poop. Previous update! Currently I'm working at Circuit City as one of the Firedog computer technicians. (Circuit City's version of the Geek Squad) Exciting... I know... -.- but hey it's a job and they work around my school schedule. I love my work buds. Speaking of school - I'm currently finishing up my Associate's in Business Administration. After that I plan to go to the Art Institute of Washington to do Recording Arts. The end goal is to own a recording studio and get local bands going. I know that my music will not carry my spending habits, and computers are getting pretty boring, so I want to combine the two in a way that fits me better. I would still get to mess around with technology all day and work with my hands, as well as play music and be involved in it as well. In my music life, I've acquired new friends as well. I currently play in a band called IN VEIN. Previously known as Bears in a Pool. (myspace.com/inveintheband) We play all metal from Metallica to Dark Tranquillity to Opeth to The Haunted. There's really no one genre we can be thrown in. We just play what we like and hope you all can get a headbang or two out of it and sing the choruses right along with me. Right now we're in writing mode, hiding in the bear cave preparing for our upcoming EP/possible full- length. We have ... *counts* idk maybe 6 or 7 originals and some others in progress.|m/(>,<)|m/ Interests!!! The biggest influence in my life is my music. With over 1500$ in metal cds and a Windows Media playlist with over 250 hours of headbanging ... I'de say my favorite genre is Metal. If it were up to me.. if I could join a band and go on tour I would do it in a heartbeat because music is that important to me. Going to concerts is another addiction of mine. In the past year I've been to nearly 20 big metal shows, and seen about 70 bands. To be honest... if music suddenly ceased to exist - I wouldn't want to exist either. ---===:::::~:::::===--- Actual 'About Me' section: Hey, I've been known as a lotta names:: Yamhead (i swear i didnt hit the possum!!), Phosphorous the Clean-up Lemur (i still dont know...), The Midnight Bard, "My Maple Suckle" (Luke is awesome), Critchy (thanks Dan.. lol) but mostly Adam Critchfield. I love a lotta stuff. Mostly the mind- numbingly retarded things that you normal people cant handle. ^_^ Heres a bit of what i enjoy having in my life.guitar, partying, writing music, playing shows, videogames, guitar, anything scottish, cheese ziggurats, invader zim, guitar, monty python, baffo-duels, nomads, guitar, lineage II, heavy/death/black metal, guitar, taco-bell, paintball, mountain dew, theatre, adult swim, guitar, computers, ring-tailed lemurs, headbanging at metal shows, slurpees, and oh, did i mention I LOVE SHREDDING SOME STRINGS!?....i think that about sums it up!
This kid is an insane driver!!!!
