......When I was a kid I wouldn't fall asleep at my Grandma T's house unless I could roll my head back 'n forth on my pillow, singing out loud to Harry Belafonte's "sunday jambore" & "jamaica farewell" -then if you throw in the beatles & the stones and gently toss "sweet baby" james taylor in the mix you pretty much sum up my early musical influences...
...However, by college, the powerful yet sensitive music of Dan Fogelberg shook me to the core, beautifully uprooting my approach towards music. I was deeply affected by the poetry & emotion of his musical spirit thus birthing a profound desire to create my own style of composing on a similar musical canvas...
...Through the years I have expressed a variety of colors & texures from my melodious palette and I even followed the dramatic muses out to Hollywood for a few laughs, yet, like the Prodigal Son, I always seem to find my way back home -to the open arms of this passion called music.......this gift from GOD!
...As I continue to strike the chords of melodic themes & press on towards delivering soulful stories, it is my hope that the music bestowed upon me will tug at the hearts of all who cross my given path.....pastorally yours, tim ~a.k.a. 'tugger' T.U.G. = tim under God!!!
