So, what you really need to know about me... went to Wayzata HS, went to college in Eau Claire, spent senior year in Pensacola with Deanne, graduated from UWEC in 2004, and I'm back in the 'burbs of Minneapolis. My Interests

LOVE: sunshine and temps above 70, finding fabulous shoes at great prices, watching Vikings football, hanging with my cats, hitting the non-Wisconsiny clubs (meaning NOT the Lodge), chilling with my Mini-me and other nieces and nephews, crashing my parents' date night, drinking Caribou coolers, listening to Dane Cook's comedy CDs, having conversations in movie quotes, and being anywhere sunny with a beach -- esp. Cabo San Lucas. HATE: smoking, bad drivers, liars, cheaters, sloppy drunks, people who think I should/could separate my faith from my political views, hunting, big Midwest and East Coast accents, paisley prints, winter/ snow/ cold, people who abuse animals, flying Delta, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, CAPREIT Management/ Chasewood Gates Apts. in Minnetonka (bastards), the Yankees, the Braves, the Falcons, the NY Giants, and especially the Packers.

I'd like to meet:

Uhhh... this section should say "WHOM I'd like to meet." Guess MySpace didn't get grammar lessons from Mr. Schu. Anyway, I'm not on this website to meet dudes. I want to catch up with friends and be able to tell them what's going on in my life. There are a few hotties I'd make an exception for -- namely Paul Walker, Tyrese, Tyson Beckford, and my Vikings/Twins so-called boyfriends.

Music:

My favorites include Black Eyed Peas, Jay-Z, Outkast, Nate Dogg, Dieselboy, and Paul Oakenfold. I got Sirius satellite radio for Christmas, and I feel that my life is almost complete. LOVE IT! My favorites are Area 33 and Beat 36, with songs like Cicada's The Things You Say and Sander Kleinenberg's This Is Not Miami topping the list. The new Timbaland CD is the hottest thing I've bought in years. It's fantastic. And I'm officially in love with Target's $8.99 compilation CD section. So far, I own three of their mixes. Keep 'em coming, Target!

Movies:

I love Billy Madison,

Anchorman, Meet the Parents, The Whole Nine Yards, Office Space, Napoleon Dynamite, South Park, American Pie, Can't Hardly Wait, Big Daddy, Wedding Crashers, Talladega Nights, Liar Liar -- basically anything ridiculously funny. I also LOVE scary movies, whether a psychological thriller or a good ghost story. I'm not a chick flick girl (well, I'll put it this way: I could live without sappy movies like The Notebook or Sleepless in Seattle, but I love fun girlie movies like Romy & Michelle's HS Reunion and Legally Blonde). I don't watch westerns or other lame movies if I can help it. And I LOVE Hitchcock movies, esp. Rear Window and The Birds.

Television:

My can't-miss-it-or-I-may-die show is 24. I LOVE 24! I'm a fan of Most Haunted and Ghost Whisperer ('cuz I like to be scared), Project Runway, South Park, any NFL football game, HGTV, Deal or No Deal, Wheel of Fortune, The Hills, Real World, Sex and the City, I Love the 80s, and just about anything on Comedy Central. Shows I miss include Salute Your Shorts, Happy Hour, and Ally McBeal.

Books:

Last summer, I read Godless: The Church of Liberalism. I thought it was insightful, witty, and downright maddening! Ha. Then I read The Devil Wears Prada, and started reading The Case for Faith by Lee Strobel until I moved and it got packed somewhere... I just finished Good in Bed and In Her Shoes, and I have to say that Jennifer Weiner writes some quality chick lit. She has inspired me to write my own novel. Honestly, I intend to have a manuscript ready by this time next year. What better time than now, right?
