In 2005, a group of hooligans by the names of Mike Dunne (Mike D.) , David Hulley (Davey Jones) , and Bryan Kepich (B-Loc) formed a rap group. In the home town of Jupiter,FL , the new artists soon emerged out of the boring local music scene. The I.R.S. became the name of the group. Influenced by the Wu-Tang Clan and the Beastie Boys, a new style was created. Rediculously flagrant lyrics soon grasped fans from Ft.Lauderdale all the way up to Gainesville by word of mouth and handing out CDs at colleges. HIT UP MIKE D.
