Seinfeld is the best of all time followed by Curb Your Enthusiasm. Right now the Office is my favorite. Simpsons, Family Guy; Buffy/Angel- Yeah, I said it; Lost, Entourage, Smallville and House. Just about anything on discovery, TLC or any other dorky channel like that.

Heroes:
Hero is such an open word. I guess all the soliders and people that do good all over the world are my heroes. On a lesser scale all the old time performers like Jimmy Stewart, Johnny Carson, Frank Sinatra and all the rest would be my heroes. Then there's the guy who invented PEPSI, he's my hero. Peter Jackson for making the Lord of the Rings movies... hero. A few people I know that are more of a dork than I am- they're my heroes. And more heroes that I can't think of...
