Scott comes from a long line of musicians and singers. He began playing guitar at family jams and singing in the school show choir at age fourteen. When Scott turned twenty-three, his Dad introduced him to dim lights, thick smoke and Honky-Tonk Music.
Scott has always listened to a wide range of music growing up. His musical start was in the early 90s playing guitar for Hard Rock Bands. In the mid 90s, a new sound called Young Country was taking heed. Brooks-n-Dunn, Tracey Lawrence and David Ball were a few of the country artists that caught his ears and eyes. Shortly there after, Scott formed a country band that would allow him to experiment with his vocal, playing, writing and creative style. With his years of hard work on and off the stage, Scott has ended up where he belongs, With the Honky-Tonk Crowd".
With the years of experience fronting Midnight Rain, Scott has developed into a solid country picker, singer and song-writer. His dedication and drive has given him and his band, Midnight Rain, a well recognized name in the Tri-State area.
Scott writes his songs from the heart and life experiences. His voice and stage presence tells the stories behind his songs. The most important goals to Scott are to remain true to country music and have people hear and relate to his music......
Scott dreams of hearing his songs played across the airwaves. Whether hes playing a small or large venue, he loves to connect with the crowd. Scott hopes one day people will be singing his songs while theyre driving or playing in the clubs.
