"The Outer Limits" was a television show created by Leslie A. Stevens III and aired from 1963-1965. The Outer Limits is an anthology science fiction show in which each episode is a self-contained story with a plot twist, much like the earlier "The Twilight Zone". Actors such as Leonard Nimoy, Martin Sheen, Adam West and Martin Landau appeared in episodes as I, Robot, Nightmare and The Invisible Enemy and the Bellero Shield.
Maybe not as popular as its predecessors, The Outer Limits brought great life lessons to the public. Environmental disasters and alien relations became morals and themes that could be adapted to life past, present and future.
The show was restarted in 1995 staring much of the times big names. It lasted until 2002 and can be seen on syndication on the SciFi channel, both shows :o)
All original 49 episodes of The Outer Limits have been released on DVD in two volumes, so buy them and enjoy.
