I'm a freelance designer, working on Interactive and Motion Graphics. Been in the field professionally since '98, which is a loooong time ago. I mostly enjoy the conceptual side of things, thinking up ideas and look-an-feels and layouts, but sometimes I also like to get my hands dirty and work on production. I like variety in my projects, so I work on everything Design-related, from Website & Interface Design, to Film Titles, Idents and Animations. Illustration is one of the things I really enjoy doing as well, be it using Photoshop or my pencils and markers!
I don't mind working on my own, but I really love being part of a team. I really enjoy working with others and I don't think that you can be really creative unless you mix your brain with other brains and see what happens. Experimenting and pushing things is what it's all about, so combining the talents and ideas of creative individuals with different backgrounds and ways of thinking and who enjoy what they do, is the way to go. So, apart from working for my own clients from home, I also work for agencies and production companies onsite. Also and most importantly, I'm part of DesignersBlock.Net , a collective of very creative and very talented people who are into all sorts of design, illustration, motion graphics, animation etc.
