Synopsis: Nomi, an attractive tough-looking girl parks her beaten up car in front of the Leone State Prison. Exuding a determined attitude, she heads into the penitentiary with one purpose: to break out her death row fodder husband Clarence.
Once within the establishment, all seems to be going as she had planned. She fills out the proper paperwork and goes through the standard checkpoints with little to no hassles. As she waits for the next step, which is to be re-united with her long incarcerated lover, shit happens: A seemingly harmless Prison Guard comes to work, looking weak, pale and gradually coughing louder and louder. He unexpectedly drops dead and swiftly springs back to life as one of the Undead.
The contaminated guard goes on to ferociously infect everybody in sight by way of deep scratches and gruesome bites. As the bedlam unfolds around her, Nomi snatches a handgun from one of the soon to be Undead guards and figures out, the hard way, that head shots will keep the ghouls down. Nomi eventually ends the ordeal by way of efficient gun-play and enters the prison itself, still dead set on setting Clarence free. Inside, all of the jail cells have been opened and most of the inmates are now Undead and running loose.
