Born August 26, 1977 in Columbus, Georgia to William T. Minggia and the late Jacqueline Carr Evans. I attended the public schools of Columbus, Georgia and graduated with Honors from Jordan Vocational High School in 1995. After attending school in Columbus, I continued to further my education at The University of Georgia where i majored in Psychology. Growing up i was seen as a perculiar child, quiet and reserved and always reading the Word of God. My mother brought her baby boy to someone who would help watch after his soul and make sure he stayed in the will of God. At the age of 13, I accepted Christ into my life and was baptized and joined the Words of Wisdom Christian Center, Inc. During my early years with the church, I was very active in the Youth Department serving as a Junior Deaacon and Junior Minister, Usher Board and Choir. Little did I know that God had a calling on my life from a very early age. My Pastor and Spiritual Mother in the Lord, Bishop Barbara Ann Shepherd who has continuously nutured me spiritually and has spoken prophetically into my life, sat me down and told me God had a calling on my life, but like so many others I ran from it becuase I didn't see myself as a preacher. But I soon found out it wasn't what I wanted but what God had called me out to do. For 4 years I ran from my calling and wanted to do my own thing. But I soon realized that my way wasn't God's way so he made Himself known to me and like Saul, I had a Damascus Road experience. God spoke to me plainly in a vision about my destiny and told me that I was annointed and appointed for the mission that he has called me out to preach the gospel and win souls. In Novemeber of 1999 after running for 4 years I submitted myself to God and answered my calling in to the Ministry. On January 16, 2000 I gave my trial sermon and was Ordained a Minster of the Gospel under the leadership of my Pastor and Presiding Bishop, Bishop Barbara Ann Shepherd. I have been serving in the Ministry with the Words of Wisdom Christian Center, Inc for over 18 years now. God once again spoke to my Pastor and in APril of 2004 I was elevated to the Office of Apostle. Ever since then I have been on the battlefied for the Lord. I am sold out and I won't turn back. I know I Never Would Have Made it Without God!!!
