Welcome to my page. My name is Vince and I am what some might call "Fitness Crazy". I spend my time staying fit, and helping others to "GET FIT, LIVE FIT". I put GOD first in everything I do and hope to begin competing this summer. I have a five-year-old son that I love dearly but don't get to see often due to distance.
