NOVEMBER 1, 2007 was the anniversary of my daughter, Courtney's passing. This is the 3rd year and I am still waiting for it to get easier. GRRR! As always, I am truly thankful for what time I had with her and I am not sad that she is in Heaven. Its just life is so much more lonely without her. The perfect white rose represents her beauty & innocence. She will always be remembered as my "lil angel" because she saved my life when she became my daughter. I know she is "Smiling down from Heaven!!"

How can I explain the way music makes me feel inside? Have you ever been to a club or in your car and you didn’t just hear those beats pounding, but you felt them. You felt them run through your body like a jolt of electricity and you just couldn’t be still. All you wanted to do was dance…move….dance…move!!! Before you know it, your body is swaying, head bobbin, patting your foot, fingers snapping or just down-right grooving! To me, music is more than noise; it’s the way that it makes me feel inside. I LOVE those happy lil techno beats that make me feel alive!! When I hear a song, I never forget the way I felt the first time I heard that song…it’s like dejuvu and I feel the same way I felt when I first heard it, it’s a natural high…a musical high!! No drug, no person and no feeling can beat a musical high because that peace within yourself when you can escape life’s hardships for just a few glorious minutes is priceless. I know the world looks at us techno junkies as druggies…but music and my memories are my drugs!!! Dont knock us beat junkies until you have really tried it! When I have a crappy day, all I have to do is pop a cd in and all the negativity goes bye bye! Lets be real peeps, look at all the violence, murder, rape, gangs and negativity in today's music...I choose to go in my own lil happy world...a world of love and understanding! The Ravers creed says it all...Peace Love Unity Respect = PLUR!!

I can actually listen to all kinds of music...but i dont care too much for gansta rap, opera, or dark jungle/dnb. I love breaks and happy techno. My favorite is HOUSE, Breakz, Female Progressive Trance or Trance!!
AudioGalaxy has been dead for years but it was where I learned all about EDM music genres and my LOVE for variety. Now, on to sports!! I love dem TIGERS...Go LSU!!!Also, whenever the Olympics come on, don't ask me to do anything...I am glued to my TV for two weeks!!!

Believe it or not, I love reading all kinds of books....Christian books by Lori Wick are cool love stories without all the crap!! I also love reading true crime books, inspiring auto-biographies and of course my tv guides...haha
