I write short sentences. Mostly. See? Sometimes, however, my brain and fingers want to use the comma key, so they don't let me press the period key, which creates random, out-of-place, poorly-styled, boring sentences with lots of commas in them, and I don't know why I do it but I can't help myself, so I often go over the word limit on things like essays, articles, and emails, forcing me to go back and edit whatever nonsense it is that I wrote without paying attention. But I like commas. Please learn to use them correctly. Thanks.
