I moved here from Northern California almost 3 years ago and have this space to keep in touch with friends and family.... to share pictures of me and my family. But I'm here to meet new people too!I am the proud grandma of Jack,4 and mom of Clare,26 and Katie,23. I work in the financial industry and have done so since 1980....it's a lot more interesting and exciting than you think!!! I love the ocean and boating but it's been a while since I had a boat so it's something I'd love to get back to. I love to go out dancing and kick up my heels, especially for a girl's night out. I'm a girly girl.....no appologies here.....love dressing up, shoes, makeup, perfume....all that stuff that that makes me love being a woman! I'm a pretty good cook and enjoy sitting around with some good food and a bottle of wine, having some great conversation. I do like to go out to eat and there are some FANTASTIC restaurants in San Diego! We are so lucky to live in this great city! I have enjoyed the jazz scene since I got here....Oli Silk, Peter White, Dave Koz, Rick Braun just to name a few! I'm easy going and hate drama and love to just get out and explore.....drive anywhere just to see something new. I'll try anything once....I just hate sitting around waiting for something to happen. so I'll make it happen! Yes, I do watch a little bit of TV....even some of those God awful VH1 shows...but it's like a train wreck! You can't look away!
I was raised in England for 15 years as a girl and moved to Ca in 1980, so I have a little different perspective on things.....but that's a good thing! I have travelled in Europe quite a bit and would love to again soon! So let's go!!!
