So when I moved out to Philadelphia, I never thought that I would stay so long. I wanted to gain some experience in my field and didn't really have a long term plan. I'm not sure that I have the "long-term" plan just yet, but I'm figuring it out a little more each day. I've been here almost 4 years now and I really enjoy what I do. I work with kids - my first "real" job as a physical therapist -- and it's really fun. I think one of the greatest things about life is investing in other people and letting them change you in the process - it's a pretty fantastic thing. I'm not very good at hiding my emotions, so I don't usually try to. :) I guess it's better that way. I love to do life - especially all the little things. A good cup of coffee, snuggling, a walk in the woods - some of my favorite things. I'm a sucker for puppies and kids (I know, I know, it's so "stereotypical girl," but I can't help it. They melt me.) I love "making" fun - finding a good time in whatever's happening at the moment. I think a challenge is fun and I absolutely love witty people. I believe that touch is a powerful thing and that it's way under-rated. People should hug more and touch more. I think that a positive attitude goes a long way; it makes life so much better. A second chance is a wonderful gift and in the end, God's grace is the most amazing thing in the whole wide world.
