Pittsburg State Gorilla football, St. Louis Cardinal baseball, Cincinnati Bengal football, Fantasy baseball and football, Xbox, bowling, softball, golf. Those are a few of my favorite things to do. I like a good, strong drink once in a while. I also like to think of myself as a beer connossiuer. I'm usually up for anything, as long as it will not get me arrested.
Albert Pujols, Bob Gibson, Yogi Berra, Michael Jordan, Mike Ditka, Tiger Woods, Bobby Knight, Dick Vitale, Jimi Hendrix, many others.
I have a very diverse music collection. I'm a rocker through and through. Here's a list of my favorite bands: AC/DC, Van Halen not Van Hagar, Skynyrd, Def Leppard. Also have some R&B, rap, blues, jazz, and a handful of country. Aerosmith, Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kanye West, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Toby Keith are all on the iPod.
I like slapstick comedies with little to no thinking involved. I think enough during the day, the last thing I want to do during a movie is think. Tommy Boy, Major League, Clerks, Mallrats, Office Space, Napoleon Dynamite, Animal House, American Pie, Van Wilder, Dodgeball, Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, you get the idea.
Not a big TV person, usually only watch ESPN, reruns of Seinfeld and Everybody Loves Raymond, and South Park. Being the business nerd I am, I also enjoy watching CNBC and MSNBC. Mad Money with Jim Cramer is great.
Not a big reader either. Mostly just read business magazines like Kiplinger's and Money. I have a couple of leadership books I am reading though.
I'd say my mom is my hero. She had to deal with a lot of adversity in her life, but she never complained, gave up, or asked for help. One of her mottos is one I still use today: "Don't let the bastards get you down."
