I am presently taking my prerequisite classes at Nassau Community to get into the Vet Tech program at Suffolk Community. After being out of college for MANY years its a bit scary, but I am doing it and loving it. I have a full schedule now, working Monday though Friday, school Monday evening through Thursday evening and starting October I will be volunteering at Bide A Wee Animal Shelter on the weekends. I know.. when do I have time to breathe.. well.. when I become a Veterinary Technician. I figure whats a few years of my "social" life, I'd rather give that up for a little while and finally do something I was meant to do my entire life.I adore my FAMILY (pets included), my friends who are also my family, so basically I think if I were to say family that pretty much sums it all up.MUSIC I LOVE IT!I love learning... about myself, life, everything and anything. I love driving, road trips, vacations, exploring... Reading... it has to capture me in some way by the first chapter. (Best when it gets you from the opening paragraph, sentence even!) Writing... it tends to only come out with emotions, but I love it all the same.
Being silly, not taking everything so seriously, making mistakes and learning from them, later laughing at them... at myself. I love movies, wine, good beer, dinner w/ friends, shiney things, old man bars, LIVE SHOWS, rollercoasters, sundays...
