I am Mexican, and I can sew--pero, puedo comprender Español mejor que lo hablo. I love trees and art and flowers and music, and a lot of people that wear prescription eyeglasses. I am fascinated by children, indulge in sarcasm and ridiculous conversation, favor liberal views, and prefer vodka on the rocks. I am a horrible liar, so am known to tell it like it is. I am an avid gardener, and have finally decided to go back to school to become a horticulturist. Collecting shoes is one of my favorite hobbies. I'm short, strangely gifted in math, and I'm thoughtful of friends in need--so, if you ever couldn't reach something and bent over to ask me to get it down for you, I'd most likely glance around to make a few quick calculations, figure it an improbability, and then be nice enough to fetch you a ladder or step stool of some sort. Unless you have spoken untruths about me, we'll remain friends forever....my parents taught me well. Life is a blast, and I love every minute.

My favorite book of all-time is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, a close second is The Kite Runner . Lately, however, my titles of choice have been Clifford's Family , Clifford's Birthday Party , Goodnight, Spot , Where's Spot? , The Big Book Of Animals , Pat The Bunny , Fruits! , Vegetables! , Goodnight, Chicago , and Goodnight, Gorilla . :)
