About Me

I finally feel like i know who i am, and i don't apologize for that anymore.I AM AXIOM...
My life is a timeline of converstaions and words. That is how I put things together; that is how i make sense of who i am.I am a writer and lover of anything that makes me think, especially when it makes me question what I have always thought. I am a feminist, a listener more than a talker (althought I do tend to think i have intelligent opinions on things...), a proactive learner, and it is hard for me to "relax". I want to go to school for the rest of my life...but the funds won't allow it (or should I say Government...which I also feel strongly about)...lets see, easy to get along with, cherish my friends when they deserve it, love my boy and my dogs, love coffee, wine (Shiraz the most), books, bookstores, the SLC library, summer evenings, seeing live music, SLC, the smell of the cottonwoods, the color of my eyes, Rainer Maria Rilke, and silence. (sometimes of course).
................................................Also...this is supposedly my "spirtual side"...which I think is pretty accurate.
................................."you share core beliefs with religions that encourage you to find your own spiritual path.
.................................You are attracted to a religion that tolerates mixed beliefs about the existence of God and upholds the idea that there is something to be learned from every religion. You are open to a wide variety of religious and spiritual ideas. You are attracted to spiritual groups that are composed of typically open-minded and intellectual people who actively engage in individual exploration of many different spiritual truths. "
............................................................ ...................Loves: tomato soup, dog snuggling, nail polish that doesn't chip, plants that i can keep alive, lotion, conversations that change your life, the girl squad (the people that make life amazing), all my little kidling friends, old navy, boots, my husband, new tattoos, my job (yes, i love my job), having money, coffee, burts bees chapstick (and anything burts bees for that matter), baklava, mexican food, laptops, sleeping in newly washed sheets, books, ah-ha moments, wine.
............................................................ .....................Hates: potatoes, my husband leaving socks and shirts in our front room, george bush, republicans, conservatives, gay bashing, my cabinets, having no bathtub and only a shower, getting up early, being hungover, being late, traffic, not seeing friends for too long, sandy UT, fashion magazines (although i read them...and i hate that too), paris hilton, math, not being in graduate school yet, trying to plan my life perfectly, dry skin, the dentist, people who don't like dogs, orin hatch, intolerance and ignorance.

There is a color for each part of you. The insinuation of androgyny, hooded in black, repels inside my head. Captured steam breathes a veil of opaque pearl around your body as your eyes look downward....
