Safeguarding the rights of others, is the most noble and beautiful end of a human being.

About Me

My name is Alan Michael Giudici. People can't pronounce my last name, so I have a lot of nicknames such as Gucci, Guido, Guch, WOP, Pooch, Bulldog and Stallion. The last three are specially reserved for my one and only, Janine. I am half Italian and half French, although I don't claim the French part. I love wine, lasagna and enjoying life. I think that loving someone and having that love returned, is life's greatest gift. I can't stand lying or cheating, unless its lying about what I got Janine for her B-day or that I didn't forget her B-day. I'm taking college while fulfilling my military duties. I love anything outdoors, animals and such. I love little kids, as their on my maturity level, but am terrified of having a little girl as I'll be a pushover and she will be daddy's little princess. I highly value family and true friends which makes me rather protective of them. I am happy, faithful and loyal. I love making people smile, laughing and spoiling the special woman in my life.

My Interests

I have many interests and like to try new things. I am currently planning on going skydiving, whenever I get time. I used to be a garmage chef at a fancy restaurant, but worked too much and decided to join the Navy. I'm now a Master-At-Arms in the ACTIVE DUTY Navy, which is basically Naval Police. I've been in over 4 yrs now, with it all being overseas duty. I was stationed in NAVSTA Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for 18 months and 2 yrs in Andros Island, Bahamas and now work at a joke of a Navy base called NSU Saratoga Springs, NY. I enjoy working out, humor, shark diving, not getting eaten by sharks, sports, free diving, hiking, swimming, reading, snorkeling and shark fishing. I recently purchased a new bass boat and have it paid off already...damn I'm good and enjoy taking family and friends for a day on the water. I have a 2006 Honda Civic, stickshift of course, which should impress you as it was Car and Driver's top car of the year...as my salesman went to great length's to inform me of that outstanding fact.

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to get to spend more time with my grandfather as an adult. He died when I was very little, but had big impact on me. He was a great man and I miss him dearly. My take on relationships. True Love is a beautiful, but elusive thing and I'll wait as long as need be, to find it. Great things are worth waiting for. ~Alan

Music:

I like lots of music, but especially rock. It really depends on my mood and what I'm doing. I used to hate it, but now I like some country. Dierks Bentley is my favorite with Tim McGraw running a close second. I can't believe that I like country, but its got a lot of feeling in it. My heavy lifting music is Slipknot as they match the screaming in my muscles. My all time favorite groups would have to be RA, Cake, Metallica, Rammstein and Megaherz. My theme song seems to be "What Was I Thinkin" by Dierks Bentley. The song, "She Never Lets It Go To Her Heart" by Tim McGraw is an example of the kind of woman I'm looking for. "Forgive Me" by Evanescence is filled with so much emotion, that you can feel her pain. I love to live life and be happy and music is a great addition to life!

Movies:

Slingblade, Big Lebowski, Godfather Trilogy, Scarface, Soprano's, Southpark, Band of Brothers, Office Space, Super Troopers, LOTR, Ace Ventura Pet Detective is the true meaning of a classic.

Television:

Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, History Channel, Friends "even though its just a cheap rip off of Seinfeld".

Books:

How the NY Times Distorts the News and why it can no longer be trusted By Richard Kahn

Heroes:

My father Steven who really put up with a lot of shit for us, my step-mother Claire who took my brother and I in as her own kids even though she didn't have to and all of my fellow veterans who sacrificed so much for this great country! Janine is the latest addition to my hero section as she puts up with all of my semi-witty antics without beating me to death with her fists of fury. My Blog

I rarely post things on my blog, but this definately deserved it.

Recently a reporter and news columnist from the Washington Post named William M. Arkin posted one of the most dispicable articles I have read in quite awhile. He engages in mud-slinging against ...

The movie Jersey Girl

The movie Jersey Girl...was one of the worst movies I have EVER seen. The two best parts were in the beginning when J. Lo took a dirt nap and then ten minutes later, when I turned...
