Hey, I'm Ronald Dean Coleman, you may know me as Mr. Olympia, I was born on May 13, 1964 in Monroe, Louisiana. I currently reside in Arlington, Texas. I graduated from Grambling State College with a degree in accounting. I am also currently a reserve police officer for the Arlington Police Department. I have been on the force for 16 years. I was introduced to competitive bodybuilding by Brian Dobson, the owner of Metro Flex Gym in Arlington. I won the heavyweight and overall title at my first bodybuilding contest, the Mr. Texas in April 1990. My current stats sit at: 24"(60cm)Biceps, 58"(152cm) Chest, and 34"(91cm) Thighs.
