About Me

Skilsaw is a band fom St.Michael island in Azores, Portugal. Emanuel (Manny), Diogo (Pip) and Celso (Rat) came toghether as a group in the year of 2006 to bring punk back to the Azores. With influences such as Blink 182, Simple Plan, Sum 41, Yellowcard, Nirvana and even Metallica, Skilsaw tries to give a young spirit to their songs. The band has played at some stages, but their most significant concerts we're given at the most popular stage of the Azores Islands - Coliseu Micaelense (St.Michael's Coliseum). In the summer of 2007 Rat has left Skilsaw due to personal reasons. But the will to make punk music is so great that Manny and Pip are still writing songs in hope that one day they will make an album.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

Rockastru’s Adventure!!

Last saturday we played at Kastru's bar for the Rockastru's contest...we didn't win but we sure had real fun jumping and playing on stage. We met three other bands and got good reviews by some people...
