Joel

I consider myself simple. Not plain, just simple. Typically, my time is spent working in an architecture firm pursuing my licensure and being entertained by my employers. Painting, sculpture, and books fill my free time when I am not otherwise engaged in the consumption of alcohol or chasing after foolish dreams. I try to keep myself as an interesting person; wit and sarcasm are the most common results of that practice. Many tell me that I am a good listener and of reasonable moral stature, I make great strides to fulfill expectations. I continue to find the world filled with beauty, even in unusual or forgotten places. I share the same reverence for an abandoned grain silo as I do for an abandoned church. Both never disguised their use. My greatest desire is to contribute to the world in a thoughtful, beautiful way.
