Well where do I start...born and raised right here in good ole Savannah Georgia. Lived in Charleston South Carolina for four years. I love that city and have alot of awsome friends there. I just recently moved back here to find that my hometown is changing everyday for the best. I am a young aspiring chef and I am currently training under Executive Chef Keith Latture who by the way is a bad ass and has achieved national attention. ON THE WAY TO NEW YORK, BEARD HOUSE BITCHES! If you are ever downtown stop by Local 11 Ten restaurant. It has been open for three months and we are kicking ass right now. Well I am not going to sit here and bore you but cooking is my passion and I believe whatever it is that you do you should have passion for it. You may look at your artichokes and think "Look at all those artichokes I've got cut and clean. But turning them-pulling off the leaves, trimming their stems, scooping out the chokes, pulling your knife around its edge-that is cooking. It is one of my favorite things to do." COOKS RULE!
