Perharps the most important band in rock music to exist in Ukraine during its renaissance is Loony Pelen. Loony Pelen was organized by two already famous musicians from well known ukrainian bands: Vlad DeBriansky (ex guitarist TEA FAN CLUB, Forte) and Yurok Shtyn (ex member of Opalni Prinz).
Undeniable style of Loony Pelen can not be replicated and only these two musicians could come up with such innovation they had presented. Vlad's debut singing defined Loony Pelen sound while Yurok's compositions make the band very appealing to the ear.
As the delight to the fans, AMOK was reissued by Atlantic on CD this year in the collection series: Rock Legends of Ukraine.It is truly a pleasant surprise.
