Some of the best around: Supernatural (I love spooky shows and movies), Smallville (I'm a geek, what can I say), Nip Tuck (makes me think twice about getting something done), Grey's Anatomy (this shows first three seasons, to die for), Family Guy (Stewie and Brian do I need to say more!), The Boondocks(NO NEED TO EXPLAIN), and The Venture Brothers(It's funny, period)!
