About Me

One-time member of beatmeisters Weird Attractors , also served with Processional Drummers at Edinburgh's Beltane fire festival as well as playing and teaching with Edinburgh Samba School .

More recently I had a wonderful year or so playing percussion with global carnivalistas Orkestra Del Sol , before moving to London in October 2005 to go back to college. (The Weirdies remix above, featuring MC tallest man , was my leaving present to Edinburgh I guess.)

I Managed one last tour with ODS in summer of 2006 but then college commitments took over. :-(

Been producing and remixing music on and off since around '99, including soundtrack work for large outdoor shows by te pooka that have toured Glastonbury, Brighton and other UK festivals.

DJ-wise been playing global beats for a few years now, from Bhangra to Bossa, Turkish hip-hop to Arabic breakcore, and especially all the interesting and inspiring places inbetween. Been spreading the Balkan Beats message in Edinburgh since early 2005, along with two fellow ex-weirdies and Orkestra del Sol members Matchu P and DJ Marco.

As of July 2008 I'm back in Edinburgh for the foreseeable future, and working on a few new remixes in that mythical 'spare time'.
