I am here for Friends

About Me

I have always been strangely attracted to Klingons...and other interesting people! I actually made a milkshake for Michael Jackson! vanilla, if you must know. I danced with Stevie Nicks! I served champagne to Yoko Ono!!! i partied with Dr. Ruth and the fonze!..about me...I was born in a trunk at the Princess Theatre, in Pokatella Idaho...Hey wait! That was'nt me, That was Judy Garland from one of my favorite movies! A Star Is Born! I have done art all my life! I am a Christian, an artist, and also gay. I currently paint mostly scenes and themes from the Bible. See my website www.bibleartwork.com to see some of my art, or look in my pictures here. I attend New Life Community Church of Hope, a 21st. century inclucive apostolic church. We believe that the pentecostal experience found in the bible in the book of acts is real and the Holy Spirit is real and available to all true seekers! I totally believe God created me with a homosexual orientation, it was not EVER a choice, at least for me. Orientation is from God, your behavior is your own choice. Just cuz you are gay dosent mean you have to be a slut! I choose to behave myself! I didnt always though! Jesus changes people! I love face and body painting! {see my "self portrait" photo album} I am also a performance artist. I have even been called a drag queen! If i am, i am a very twisted one for sure. The higher the hair, the closer to God,right! My drag name is Junie Moon, after the Marjorie Kellog novel "Tell me that you love me Junie Moon." I did shows in bars many years ago and walked in 15 Chicago Pride parades!!! I love to sew and create costumes, not just drag. I went to Burningman festival three times! its not ALL bad! I met lots of beautiful people there. Very creative environment, full of beauty. Now that i am a Christian i cant be shady anymore, but i still have lots of good clean fun. I love everything OZ!!!! I go to the Wizard of OZ fest in Chesterton In. every year to meet the last living munchkins and wear my OZ costumes.I worked at Ed Debevics Diner in Chicago for nine years! as a singing dancing waiter and D.J. named MoonDawggie! My picture is still on the menue there with my big pompadore and lambchop sideburns! I was a guest on the Jenny Jones show with my friend Ginger Snapps, and we did a comedy skit with her! I was in a Bud Light commercial! My favorite color is orange. I love pie! I went to Egypt two times and loved it there. Australia rocks! I went there to meet the crocodile hunter...He is/was so hot! Darn stingray! I have three brothers and one that is a Catholic priest! He is an awesome man of God!I grew up in St. Charles Il. along the fox river. I am happiest when i am visiting Hawaii. I can always use creative friends and would love to know more artists. Poets too! and just plain good people. Celebrate diversity!
