Hi there rocketboxers! This year is looking to be a big year for rocketbox, with us playing at such venues as the prestigious Governor Hindmarsh Hotel, the rockin' Grace Emily, the gothic Enigma Bar, and everybody's favourite free venue, the Crown & Anchor Hotel. rocketbox is also currently re-organising their shit at the mo. The next few gigs will mark a change for the band. We look forward to seeing all you peeps out on the gigging circuit, and don't forget to bring your friends!
Bio rocketbox is a three piece rock outfit from Adelaide, formed by two guys with a hearty love for rock and motherfucking roll! Conceived in mid 2006, these two handsome men began their journey under the alias of 'The Sunday Sluts' and got their first break at The Gov in Adelaide. Now under the name of 'rocketbox', the band has been described as "pub rockers with a knack for crossing over ever genre of rock possible!".
rocketbox have played at venues all around Adelaide, including The Gov, The Grace Emily, The Directors Hotel and the Cranker, just to name a few. rocketbox recently took on a bass player. This hulk of a man goes by the name of 'Dave' and brings a whole new level of sound to rocketbox's pallet.
