So I suppose the basics first. My name is Phil and I am an athletic trainer for the Seattle Thunderbirds. I am a huge music fan both playing and listening. I love Jesus, Real friends, did I mention music?, a good cup of coffee (this is hard to find in Alberta apparently), and pretty much people in general.

Thoughts on Alarm Clocks
