About Me

We are OTY, a four faced congregation of the musical sort from North Texas. We're currently holding around 30 minutes of recorded material waiting to be mix/mastered in May at Denton's Panhandle House . Once these songs are ready for CD, live performances will begin in Denton and Lewisville. One might also catch us in the Deepest of Ellums on the right night.
As of April, 2008, we have been collaborating with local Dallas hip hop/rap/r&b artist Young Gem to promote his refreshingly genuine talent in the DFW scene. He'll be throwing the tracks out the window at select shows in favour of our live rendition of his self-produced music.
Even so, we remain OTY, an independent rock group doing its best to represent Highland Village, Flower Mound, and the whole damn Dallas - Fort Worth urban sprawl we call home.

Sounds Like: the all encompassing wail of an old mans canary recorded through the open end of an aluminum lined acrylic tube and subsequently amplified with lots of gain. the resulting sound carries an air of intrigue and partially cloudy skies with 13% humidity and if you cant cope with the torrential rainstorms then you are best of not attending one of our shows without proper hearing protection.
