POLICIES: There absolutely no refunds, whether you ended up using the design or not, I spend hours on every piece I design.
Like many designers, I expect a copy of the printed design, and until I receive this, I don't consider the project to be paid completely.
I do not charge by the hour, I will quote you a price upfront and stick to it, no matter how long it takes me. The other end of this deal is that UPFRONT, you must pay at least half, up to the full amount. This is due to many clients disappearing after I had spent hours, days, sometimes weeks on a project.
