Kristopher Cottrell, DJ GQ is described as a creative individual with a passion for music and entertainment. Not only is he an awesome DJ, he can get on the MIC and get the crowed pumping. He has shared the stage at many concerts with artists like TI, Pitt Bull, Ying Yang Twinz, DJ Quick, Sly Boogie, G Unit, Busta Rymes, Too Short, Mobb Deep, The Alchemist, 2 Live Crew, Hi C, Chingy, Suga Free, Roscoe, Kurupt, and Xzibit.
Kristopher Cottrell got a big name through his association and passion with motorcycles. Four years ago with the help of Earl Crowe and D. Bell, he started a production company titled Burn Films. This company would then go on and produce documentaries about the West Coast Sport Bike scene. And of course DJ GQ would be the host of the whole thing. His old partners and great friends branched off into acting and television production.
Kristopher is said to be, The mastermind behind the majority of the successful West Coast sport bike events. Through his association and passion in sport bikes, he has managed to become one of the areas top promoters, by combining the West Coast club scene with the underground bike scene in the successful Burn On The West Coast DVD series. This DVD series, has major distribution in Canada, Europe, South America, Japan, and the US.
Based in Southern California, Burn Films has a huge following in the sport bike community due to their rides and events. Their most popular event is Spring Break Sport Bike weekend. This an annual event that happens in Rosarito Beach, mexico in which over 3,000 riders from all over the West Coast flock to the border for a weekend of fun. 2007 will be the 5th annual.
Burn Films has also adopted numerous reviews, mentions, and photos in many sport bike publications. Not to mention cable commercials on major television networks like MTV, BET, ESPN, Spike TV, and Comedy Central. Burn Films has also been featured on Fox11 news and the Maury Povich show.
FILMING
We have many years of experience in filming. We are
able to capture in DV, 24P, and Hi Def. All of our
videographers are steady hand professionals, and take
a cinematic approach to any job big or small.
VIDEO EDITING
We are a full service digital editing studio with the
latest technology. Our postproduction facilities
include a full non-linear G5 Dual Final Cut Pro HD,
video editing platform.

definition editing as well as color correction,

AUTHORING & COMPRESSIONS

either complex or basic, with our two DVD authorizing
software: IDVD or DVD Studio Pro. It is always our
policy to provide a dual layer DVDR backup and archive
of every project we finish. This is extremely helpful
if any one of our clients decides they would like to
change something on the finished product. Time is
money so by retrieving the archived project we are
able to change only what is needed.
