As you know my name is Maurice. I was born and raised in "South" Los Angeles aka South Central bka "Tha Hood". I feel blessed to have made it as far as I have in my life. So many people I grew up with are either dead or in jail. All I do is go to school, work and take care of my baby girl Mariah (Yes you heard it right, I'm active in my daughter's life unlike so many others). I have very little tolerance for ignorant people. Don't get me wrong we are all ignorant in our own ways, but I'm talking about those of us who don't even try to play it off. College isn't for everybody but at least pick up a book or two and self-educate yourself. I also have no tolerance for flaky "friends". Either you're rolling with me or you're not, simple as that...(you know who you are). I believe in the concept that birds of a feather flock together so I don't have time for negative people who don't have at least a plan lined up to improve themselves. Well thats pretty much me in a nutshell. I'll revise this one of these days or years, but I figured it was about time to add something to my page.
