Glitched Roots Project

Glitched Roots Project rose from the ashes of ska band Glitched in the year of 2007.Made up of friendships from gigs and such,like roots reggae band Natural I,disco-ska outfit The Sally`s and now defunct indie-alternative band Sound Expulsion, GRP aims to set a new sound to Singapore`s reggae and ska scene. We have all personally gone through different musical experiences individually and have gone on to create a chemistry within the band that`s also an effective working tool in creating fun music for the masses. GRP strives to break new ground in a music scene that has seen endless boundaries crossed and countless genres evolving within each other.Our influences include:311,Goldfinger,Sublime,Cat Empire,USCB Allstars,System of a Down,Rancid,Skindred,P.O.D and also many other local bands like Bushmen,Fatskunks,Comic Strip and etc.......
