Acoustic/Folk - Deffenitly a lover of the acoustic guitar. Mostly, I like soft and love type songs. Only artists I can really think of are like Jack Johnson and John Mayer. But yeah, I write my own stuff like that too...lol I do have a passionate side hahah.
TECHNO - Prodigy, Rob D, The Crystal Method, (or anything else that sounds like it belongs in the Matrix or like a Mortal Kombat fight scene lol)
Classical/NeoClassical - Beetoven, Mozart, Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Yngwie Malmsteen
Country - I probably know of every country song out there, because my mom loves country and that's what I had to listen to growing up...but I don't particularly like it. Some Garth Brooks is ok I guess.
Classic Rock/Oldies - Lynard Skynard, Boston, The Beach Boys (hey, they were awesome lol), Aero Smith, AC/DC
Rap - Beastie Boys, Cypress Hill...monstly only at clubs or dancing/grindin' down hahah
Funk/Jazz - I like most funk and jazz bands I hear. One funk band I like is Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Punk/Alternative - There are very, very few bands I actualy like or tolerate that are in this genre.
Hardcore/Screamo/Emo - ...LOL no. never. end.

You're about as metal as they come. Music is your passion and you listen to it for talent not because it's popular. You probably have a lot of respect for all artforms and you like classical piano and classical guitar. Nu-metal or any hard rock is not something you are typically into. Its extreme or nothing baby!.
